Terms and Conditions

When you participate in or purchase a service or class with me you agree with the following terms and conditions:

My services do not serve as or replace medical care. My services do not serve as or replace psychiatric care. My services cannot and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent an illness. If you feel that you are at risk of harming yourself please reach out to suicidepreventionlifeline.org/ or call them at 1-800-273-8255. Information shared during live, written or recorded sessions are for educational and entertainment purposes only. I, Kaci Jenkins, am not liable for any decisions made by you during or following a personal service or class concerning your health or your life in general. I am not responsible for your healing or health and I cannot guarantee results for you.

If you cancel a private session the same day with less than 6 hours notice, or if you are more than 15 minutes late you will be considered a no-show. 

All sessions must be paid when scheduling or your session can not be scheduled. 

I am not able to offer refunds on any of my services.

Everything discussed during our session is completely confidential on both parties’ ends. All communication between us via text, email, and any social media outlet is confidential. Your name and phone number are also confidential. Any reviews or testimonials shared by myself will be shared anonymously. If you are taught anything during our session, the information is not to be repeated or replicated as your own.

By participating on audio/video in any group session you agree and understand that that content will be available to other participants and students of that content as well. 

This agreement is valid for anyone who has participated in or purchased any session or class with me previously and as of the present.
