 In my 1:1 sessions I combine Intuitive Reading, Reiki, Multidimensional Energy Healing, Mindset work and other techniques I have studied over the years. I connect to your energy, your guides, your body and Source to facilitate healing for you, where you need it most.  My objective is not to tell you what to do, it's to empower you. To help you align with who you really are so that you can heal more deeply and trust yourself to make the best decisions possible.  

Options for working with me:

• Individual sessions - One hour sessions held over zoom, including a combination of Intuitive Readings + Energy Work depending on your needs. 
• Weekly live group sessions - Join me in the Soul Dive Sisterhood This is an interactive and supportive virtual women's circle membership that's going to take you on a DEEP dive of self healing, spiritual expansion, law of attraction and soul growth.
• My 5 week coaching program - Unlocking Who I Am This in-depth 1:1 coaching package is custom tailored to your needs to assist you in going deeper into your souls growth and expansion, clearing blocks and tapping into your higher self to live a more fulfilling life.
   

You don’t have to fully believe in all of the spiritual and mindset principles I use in my practice, all I ask is that you have an open mind and willingness to try new things. That is where growth happens. When you are unsure of your abilities, let me hold the belief for you, because I truly know you are capable of greatness.
